Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Provide support on payroll processing and benefits administration.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
Help organize training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Provide administrative support such as office supplies, facility and office equipment maintenance etc.
Handle ad-hoc HR & admin tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in HR and Admin is preferred;
Previous experience in an HR role or internship will be an advantage.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is preferred.
Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure.
