Job Description:
We are looking for two IT Support Officers to provide internal support for operational teams and ICT projects. One role focuses on data centre infrastructure and site preparation, while the other supports a web-based case management system and court-related technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform site preparation, inspection, and defect handling at data centres and premises
Coordinate ICT facility installation, replacement, cabling, and equipment relocation
Procure and evaluate operational equipment and services
Maintain site records, floor plans, and management reports
Provide technical support for web-based systems, PC hardware, and peripherals
Support document scanning kiosks, ticketing systems, and helpdesk inquiries
Conduct daily system health checks and escalate issues as needed
Provide audio-visual (AV) system support and workstation setup for meetings/training
Requirements:
Higher Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
7 years post-qualification experience including 5 years in similar capacity (for data centre/site role)
2 years post-qualification experience including 2 years in similar capacity (for system support role)
Experience in user support, site preparation, network implementation, or data centre operations
Hands-on knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
Familiarity with kiosks, barcode scanners, and printers
Hardware installation and troubleshooting skills preferred
