Job Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the site management team to ensure smooth project operations and effective communication among staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers, engineers, and supervisors to facilitate site management activities
- Organize and maintain site documents to ensure easy retrieval and accurate record-keeping
- Prepare and update timesheets and attendance records for staff and workers to track work hours and leave accurately
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records to support workforce management and payroll processing
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to manage material orders and ensure timely procurement
- Follow up on material deliveries and communicate updates to the site team to maintain workflow continuity
- Collect, sign, scan delivery orders and invoices weekly, and send original copies to headquarters for record compliance
- Facilitate communication and coordination between office staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to support project progress
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and photocopying to support office operations
- Complete any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to support site management and project needs
