Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Storekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, safe handling of goods, and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
  

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods for accurate quantities and quality. Report any damages or discrepancies.

• Stock Organization: Arrange and stock merchandise in designated warehouse areas using a first-in, first-out (FIFO) method where applicable.

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label goods accurately according to delivery orders and packing lists for dispatch.

• Record Keeping: Maintain neat and accurate documentation of all stock movements (inflow and outflow) using our internal inventory logs/system.

• Housekeeping: Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order within the warehouse premises at all times.

• Stocktaking: Participate in regular monthly or quarterly physical stock counts and inventory audits.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or a similar logistics role is preferred.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical workloads, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Skills: Basic computer literacy (for inventory input) and good numerical skills.

• License (Optional but Preferred): A valid forklift license is a strong advantage.

• Attributes: High level of integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and a good team-player attitude.
