Job Description
Store & Inventory Administrator to manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and support financial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and valuations
- Perform regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits
- Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances
- Manage stock receiving, storage, and issuance processes
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to inventory (e.g., stock valuation, cost tracking)
- Conduct bank reconciliations and support accounts payable/receivable tracking where required
- Utilize accounting/inventory software (e.g., Autocount, Audit Express) to record transactions
- Support preparation of financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Generate inventory and financial reports for management review
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to improve inventory control processes
- Any other Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by the company
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with accounting or inventory management software (e.g., Autocount, Audit Express)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or store administration
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in inventory counting, reconciliation, and valuation
