Job Summary

Join HON SHENG ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING as an M&E Drafter to prepare detailed shop and as-built drawings, perform BIM modeling, and propose site-based solutions supporting diverse engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate shop drawings and as-built drawings for M&E services to support project execution
• Visualize site conditions and develop practical proposals to address engineering challenges
• Perform BIM modeling duties to enhance project design coordination and documentation
• Execute all tasks related to M&E drafting with precision and adherence to project requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a diploma in a related field, ensuring foundational technical knowledge for M&E drafting
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage documentation and communication effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Have 2-3 years of relevant working experience to contribute practical insights and efficiency
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams

• Work location: Tampines
• Work arrangement: Office-based, 5 days work week
