任职资格

1) Must possess minimum diploma in graphic designing or relevant field. 
2) Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in graphic design, creative, or marketing-related field. 
3) Fresh graduates with strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
4) Working hours will be from 9.00 A.M. to 6.00 P.M. (Monday to Friday). 

岗位职责

Graphic Designing Duties

1) Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

2) Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements, brand guidelines, and objectives to ensure all deliverables align with the company’s visual identity.

3) Develop creative concepts and layouts for new projects, from initial brainstorming to final execution.

4) Ensure all design projects meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.

5) Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6) Edit and enhance existing designs as needed, ensuring they align with current trends and best practices.

7) Collaborate with other team members, including copywriters, photographers, and web developers, to produce cohesive and visually engaging content.

8) Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure designs are fresh, modern, and innovative.

9) To constantly design artwork ahead of time prior to any promotion/ campaign/ festive season.

10) To co-ordinate with other internal functions to further enhance PR & Communications activities.

11) To initiates requisitions for tools, materials and supplies necessary for the graphic designing and A&P programs and present them to the Head of Marketing Department for approval.

12) To demonstrate Company’s values in work conduct and ensure continuous reinforcement of such behaviours in the team.

13) To attend seminar or training (in-house/external) for necessary technical and soft skills for continuous improvement.

14) To adhere to Company’s policies and procedures.

15) To support and assist other Marketing team within the group.

16) To perform other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
