We are looking for a skilled and versatile Photographer cum Videographer to join our team. You will be responsible for executing both photo and video shoots, as well as handling post-production to deliver polished, client-ready content.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Photographer cum Videographer who is confident in handling both studio and on-site shoots, from setup to execution and post-production.

You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality visuals, whether it's a controlled studio environment or a fast-paced external shoot.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography (Studio & On-Site)

• Execute professional photo and video shoots across:Studio shoots (portraits, product, e-commerce, corporate profiles)On-site shoots (events, corporate, lifestyle, branding)
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Ensure consistent quality aligned with brand and client expectations

Studio Operations

• Set up and manage studio lighting (e.g. strobes, continuous lighting, modifiers)
• Prepare backdrops, props, and shooting environments
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and readiness
• Assist in testing new setups, lighting styles, and creative concepts

Post-Production

• Edit and retouch photos (color correction, skin retouching, product cleanup)
• Edit videos (cuts, transitions, sound design, color grading)
• Deliver polished, client-ready assets within deadlines

Creative & Collaboration

• Understand client briefs and contribute creative input
• Assist in planning (shot lists, moodboards, basic storyboards)
• Work closely with internal team (account managers, editors)

Equipment & File Management

• Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting gear, and studio equipment
• Ensure proper file organization, backup, and delivery workflow

Requirements

• Proven experience in both photography and videography (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of:Studio lighting techniquesComposition and framingAudio setup for video
• Proficient in:Adobe Lightroom / PhotoshopAdobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• Able to independently manage shoots from setup to execution
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working flexible hours (including occasional weekends for shoots)

Bonus (Good to Have)

• Experience with product or e-commerce studio shoots
• Basic motion graphics (After Effects)
• Drone operation (licensed)
• Experience creating content for social media (Reels, TikTok, ads)
