Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and implement Talent Management and succession planning initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with organizational strategy and workforce planning
• Support the end-to-end full talent review process, including identifying high-potential employees and supporting their development plans
• Partner with senior leaders to drive talent strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle to build a strong and future-ready workforce.
• Advise leadership on performance, talent decisions, and organisational effectiveness.
• Identify capability gaps and implement development and pipeline strategies.
• Oversee learning and talent initiatives, ensuring they deliver business impact.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with 2–5 years of relevant HR experience preferably in Talent Management
• Good understanding of Talent Management frameworks, including competency models, IDPs, and succession planning practices.
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders across different levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
