Software Application Support - Adobe Campaign Classic
Must have: Expert proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic
Relevant YoE: 4-6 years
Responsibilities:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform eAectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic is required.
Expert proficiency in Application Remediation is recommended.
Expert proficiency in Engineering Support is suggested.
Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance system reliability and eAiciency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
Provide training and support to team members on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
