About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist to join our international media activation team.
The role is focused on campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting, reporting and delivery management across major programmatic platforms.
You will work on international clients and global media campaigns, reporting directly to a manager based in Italy. Availability during CET business hours is required.
This is a highly operational role requiring autonomy, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign setup, trafficking and activation on:
- The Trade Desk
- DV360
- Amazon DSP
- Translate campaign requirements and Excel media plans into platform setups
- Manage:
- creatives trafficking
- tagging implementation
- audience setup
- PMP activation
- pacing and delivery monitoring
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, creative errors and tracking discrepancies
- Monitor campaign performance and apply optimizations to improve KPIs and delivery
- Prepare end-of-campaign reporting and financial reconciliation
- Coordinate with international internal teams and external partners
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Programmatic Advertising / Ad Operations
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- The Trade Desk
- DV360
- Amazon DSP
- Solid understanding of:
- ad trafficking
- campaign tagging
- tracking implementation
- creative QA
- troubleshooting
- reporting workflows
- Ability to work directly from Excel campaign files and execute platform setup accurately
- Experience managing international campaigns
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- English professional proficiency is mandatory
