Responsibilities: 

• Create sales orders for processing.
• Verify certificates of analysis/compliance and apply the appropriate inspection status.
• Prepare, generate, and distribute order confirmations and daily reports.
• Collect sales data and research potential distributors and competitors.
• Respond to customer order inquiries and follow up with additional questions when needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify future needs.
• Address and resolve customer complaints by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
• Maintain a database of customer contact information.
• Organize and manage a filing and retrieval system for easy access to documents

Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience as customer service role in 3PL logistics industry
• Experience in SAP
