Responsibilities:

• Provide after-sales support, including installation, commissioning, and repair of laboratory, research, and analytical equipment
• Offer technical consultation and guidance to customers
• Address customer requests by troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions within the required timeframe
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports

Requirements:

• ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and robotic liquid handling equipment is a plus
• Previous experience in service or maintenance roles is preferred
• A valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle are advantageous
