Full Time Executive, Shipping Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,800 in CVista HR Consulting Pte Ltd International Business Park - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to all shipping-related inquiries, ensuring efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with sales teams and destination offices to obtain freight approvals and confirm applicable shipping rates
• Collaborate with the Airfreight Planner to schedule and confirm optimal flight arrangements for cargo movement
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for cargo readiness, including packing, release, sorting, storage, and final handover to carriers
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and internal SOPs for all outbound cargo movements
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Experience in shipping operations is required.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of airfreight documentation and import or export procedures is an advantage.
