Responsibilities: 

• Assist with day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels, prepare inventory reports, conduct cycle counts, and address stock discrepancies.
• Handle picking and packing of inventory items to fulfill customer orders.
• Collaborate with both internal and external warehouse teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Track customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouse staff, and freight forwarders regarding shipments.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment and delivery status, ensuring all orders are completed.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years working experience as warehouse admin
• Advanced in MS Excel, Word, SAP, WMS
• Good communication skills
