DESCRIPTION

•⁠ ⁠Handle litigation matters (including but not limited to general, civil and construction matters)

•⁠ ⁠Support advocacy work, drafting submissions, cause papers & related documents

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with clients, counsel, courts & relevant parties professionally

•⁠ ⁠Manage files, timelines & procedural requirements

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrate strong understanding of litigation processes & court etiquette

•⁠ ⁠Communicate clearly with clients & internal team members

•⁠ ⁠Grow litigation skills within a supportive, professional environment

REQUIREMENTS

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with valid admission to the Malaysian Bar

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 - 4 years post-pupillage experience in active litigation practice

•⁠ ⁠Strong competency in legal drafting, pleadings, submissions & legal research

•⁠ ⁠Practical experience managing files, court procedures & litigation timelines

•⁠ ⁠Ability to analyse complex legal issues and present clear, structured arguments

•⁠ ⁠Strong command of written & spoken English (Bahasa Malaysia proficiency required)

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate within a team

•⁠ ⁠High level of attention to detail, accuracy & professional judgment

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrates integrity, responsibility & commitment to quality legal work
