Looking for a proactive and driven HR Talent Recruiters who are ideally able to speak Mandarin (bonus +)/Cantonese (bonus ++) to help us attract and hire top-tier talent!

Location: Fully Remote, Work From Home!

Employment Type: Full-time

Monthly On Track Earnings (OTE) As Advertised [base salary + Unlimited Performance Hire Bonuses]: RM 5,000 - RM 8,000++

Working Hours:

  • 5-day work week (Monday - Friday)
  • Saturday & Sunday off
  • 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Malaysia Time ; negotiable)

Role Overview

  • Advocate for the team and understand the wider mission and vision of Medic Paths
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates from initial outreach to final decision
  • Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally while managing expectations
  • Ensure a structured, efficient, and human-centered recruitment process

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
  • Draft and publish compelling job descriptions
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and direct outreach
  • Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial screening interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiation
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, and cost-per-hire
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and workflows
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, not just HR administration side or payroll only
  • Proficiency in English + at least 1 of Mandarin and/or Cantonese
  • Strong communication, organisational, and management skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Role Progression

  • As we are just starting to develop our HR department, there will soon be an opportunity for a HR Director position. We strive on promoting internally and believe in rewarding great people and growing together as a team

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
