Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily laboratory operations for civil engineering and geotechnical testing. The candidate will be responsible for supervising lab activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise laboratory and field testing (soil, concrete, aggregates, etc.)
• Ensure all testing is conducted in accordance with standards (BS / ASTM)
• Review and verify test results and reports before submission
• Manage laboratory staff, including training and task allocation
• Maintain and ensure calibration of laboratory equipment
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and clients when required
• Assist in geotechnical investigation and material evaluation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or geotechnical laboratory
• Strong knowledge in material testing and relevant standards (BS / ASTM)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Able to work on-site and handle multiple projects
• Good reporting and communication skills

• Kuala Terengganu Branch

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
