We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and strategic Community Manager to lead the growth, education, engagement, and recognition ecosystem for the PGMall community.
This role focuses heavily on:
- Community education & training
- Mass communication & webinar hosting
- Strategic relationship management with community leaders
- Building sustainable shopper & seller ecosystems
- Organizing recognition and award initiatives
The ideal candidate must be confident in public speaking, experienced in community engagement, and capable of creating strong emotional connection and motivation within large-scale online communities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Education & Training
- Conduct Zoom webinars, online training sessions, and educational programs for shoppers and sellers.
- Educate community members on:
- How to achieve Bintang Community (Shopper) benchmark
- How to achieve Xpert Community (Seller) benchmark
- Platform campaigns, tools, incentives, and ecosystem benefits
- Develop training materials, presentation decks, onboarding guides, and educational content.
- Simplify complex e-commerce concepts into easy-to-understand and actionable knowledge.
- Continuously improve training structure based on community feedback and performance data.
2. Community Communication & Engagement
- Act as the main communication bridge between PGMall and the community ecosystem.
- Build strong relationships with shopper PIN leaders, seller leaders, and community representatives.
- Arrange and conduct strategic meetings with community leaders to:
- Expand their network and influence
- Drive sustainable business growth
- Improve community participation and retention
- Strengthen long-term ecosystem development
- Maintain active communication channels through Zoom, Telegram, WhatsApp, social media, and community platforms.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative community culture.
3. Strategic Community Development
- Work closely with leadership teams to design sustainable community growth strategies.
- Analyze community performance, engagement levels, and achievement benchmarks.
- Identify opportunities to improve activation, retention, and community productivity.
- Support new initiatives, campaigns, and ecosystem expansion plans.
- Assist in developing scalable systems for community growth and leadership development.
4. Recognition & Award Management
- Plan and execute recognition programs for outstanding achievers within: Bintang Community, Xpert Community
- Organize award ceremonies, appreciation events, and recognition campaigns.
- Coordinate event flow, announcements, nomination processes, and winner communication.
- Create motivational culture through public recognition and success storytelling.
- Work with design and marketing teams on event branding and promotional materials.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Education, Event Management or related fields
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Experience conducting webinars, trainings, or live community sessions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Able to engage large audiences confidently both online and offline.
- Strategic thinking with community-building mindset.
- Good organizational and event management skills.
- Passionate about education, empowerment, and people development.
- Familiar with e-commerce ecosystem and community-driven business models.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and communication platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in community management, training, education, or event coordination.
- Background in e-commerce, affiliate, direct selling, or online community ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Experience managing shopper or seller communities is an advantage.
- Experience emceeing or hosting live events/webinars is a plus.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
