Requirements:

• Diploma/Certs in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
• Experience operating CNC or manual bending machines is highly preferred (usually 1–2 years).
• Ability to read mechanical/engineering drawings and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, angle finders).
• Familiarity with CNC machine interfaces and basic programming (optional but advantageous).
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of materials (especially sheet metal or pipes) and their behavior under stress.
• Understanding of safety regulations in a workshop or production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate bending machines/laser cut machine/Tig robot welding (e.g., press brakes, tube benders, roll benders).
• Interpret technical drawings or blueprints to determine machine settings and bending sequences.
• Adjust machine settings for angle, depth, and pressure to meet production specifications.
• Monitor production process and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or control issues.
• Calibrate tools and equipment to ensure precision.
• Work with other departments like QA (quality assurance) and engineering for custom orders or special instructions.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure the machine area is clean and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
