Job Summary

The On-Site Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting equipment or systems at customer or project sites. This role ensures smooth daily operations, follows safety procedures, and assists in troubleshooting and maintenance activities when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Operations

• Operate and monitor equipment, machines, or systems at on-site locations.
• Perform routine checks and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures at all times.

2. Support & Troubleshooting

• Assist engineers or technicians in installation, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Identify and report equipment abnormalities or operational issues.
• Support basic troubleshooting and corrective actions when necessary.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Record operational data, checklists, and daily activity reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities and equipment status.

4. Safety & Housekeeping

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Requirements Education

• SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Technical, or related field.

Experience

• Experience in site operation, manufacturing, or technical support is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills

• Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel or work on-site when required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Job Type:

• Full-time, permanent

Salary:

• RM1,900.00 per month (not including OT)

Working Schedule:

• 2 Shifts running
• 8Hrs Normal Working Hours + 2.5Hrs OT + 1.5Hrs Break(2 Times)
• 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. / 7.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.

Pay: RM1,900.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)
