Job Description:
1. Sales Management
- Lead and drive the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline management
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for property sales
- Ensure proper follow-up and closing by all sales agents
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct regular training, roleplay, and performance reviews
- Build a high-performance and results-driven team culture
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of new agents
3. Operations Management
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Implement and monitor sales systems (lead tracking, reporting, follow-up process)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
4. Financial Oversight
- Monitor branch sales revenue and performance against targets
- Work closely with finance on commission tracking, payment status, and reporting
- Ensure proper documentation and submission of sales transactions
5. Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute marketing strategies (digital, offline, and on-ground)
- Oversee property listings, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Monitor lead sources and improve lead conversion performance
- Ensure branding and marketing materials align with company standards
6. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Analyze local property market trends in Kuantan
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
- Provide insights and recommendations to management
7. Reporting & Management
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide updates on sales, team performance and operational issues
- Propose improvement plans and business strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property sales
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of sales operations, marketing, and basic finance
- Leadership skills with strong problem-solving ability
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
