Unigrà is an Italian agro-food group founded in 1972. Through its various brands, the company offers high-end raw materials, semi-processed and finished products across all channels, the main categories being Chocolate and Chocolate Compounds, UHT Vegetable Creams and Margarine.

Application Testing Executive is supposed to perform on finished product sample applicational and visual test. A plus is considered being able to deal with showroom exhibition which requires additional recipes and preparations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with QA department, under direct supervision of Quality manager
• Handling and revising QC (backery) working instruction;
• Managing backery raw materials and their orders;
• Cleaning and organizing applicational laboratory environments;
• Working with R&D in order to develop new recipee;
• Instruments cleaning and maintenance;
• Performing applicational test on finished product;
• Performing showroom exhibitions during customer audit.
• Training and assistance to customer and probably ones on possible use of our finished product.

Position skills:

• Knowledge in baking, and cooking ;
• Knowledge on applicational instruments and tools;
• Knowledge in chocolate, margarine or vegetable cream;
• Integrity and approachability, must feel able to discuss with customers about complaints and the whole application range of our products;
• Willingness in being part of a company that its product represent two nations.

Job Requirements:

• Certificated or Diploma in Cooking or pastry or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience food company in similar position or in bakery / pastry shop.
• Able to work on multiple projects to meets deadline.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

This position is reporting to the QA Manager

This position will be based in Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang
