Farmio is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Associate / Assistant Manager to support our growing procurement and supply chain operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supplier negotiations, sourcing strategy, and operational coordination — and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source and evaluate suppliers across regional markets
• Manage supplier relationships and day-to-day communications
• Handle quotation requests, pricing negotiations, lead times, and product availability
• Coordinate with internal teams to support procurement and operational needs
• Monitor sourcing activities to ensure timely and cost-efficient purchasing
• Maintain accurate sourcing records and documentation
• Identify operational improvements and support process optimisation initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Language requirements:

• English
• Mandarin
• Cantonese

(Required for communication with regional suppliers and stakeholders.)
