Job Description:
You will be responsible for driving revenue across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, working closely with management and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Planning & Strategy
- Plan and execute monthly and mega campaigns (e.g. 11.11, PayDay, Brand Day, etc.) across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Design campaign mechanics including vouchers, bundles, add-on deals, GWP, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and platform submissions to ensure timely execution.
Performance Marketing & Platform Ads
- Manage and optimize Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Ads (Search, Discovery, GMV Max, Spark Ads, etc.).
- Track and improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and overall GMV performance.
- Optimize keywords, creatives, targeting, and budget allocation based on performance data.
TikTok Shop, Affiliate & Live Commerce Growth
- Own TikTok Shop operations and growth strategy, including product selection, pricing, and campaign participation.
- Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok Live sessions aligned with campaign and sales objectives.
- Manage and scale TikTok affiliates and creators, including commission structures, seeding strategy, and performance tracking.
- Analyse live and affiliate performance (CTR, conversion, GMV) and scale high-performing creators and formats.
- Identify trending content formats, hooks, and selling angles to improve live and short-video conversion.
Store Performance & Growth
- Analyse store performance including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and SKU-level performance.
- Identify growth opportunities and underperforming products across marketplaces.
- Propose improvements to product listings, pricing strategies, visuals, and promotional mechanics.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Analyse campaign and live commerce results to provide actionable insights to management.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing movements, and TikTok content trends.
Collaboration & Ownership
- Take ownership of assigned platforms and KPIs with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identify risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities, and execute solutions quickly.
- Work closely with design, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, with proven exposure to Shopee and/or Lazada campaigns and ads.
- Direct experience managing TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, or TikTok affiliates is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with performance data and numbers.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong ownership mentality.
