Job description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance and repair works for building facilities and equipment.
- Perform routine inspection to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical, plumbing, or mechanical issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests or complaints from tenants or management.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to safety procedures and company standards.
- Assist in other technical or maintenance tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or related field.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Can stay at staff house during standby
- Willing to standby based on duty roster (standby mode) when required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
1st Saturday of the month (8:00am – 1:00pm)
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
