Why this role matters
As a Technical Sales Executive, you are the bridge between technical expertise and business growth. By combining engineering knowledge with sales skills, you help clients solve complex problems with the right solutions. Your role not only drives revenue but also builds long-term customer trust and positions Valser as a leader in the market.
What you do
You will analyze customer requirements, develop and present tailored solutions, and promote Valser’s products and services to prospective clients. Working closely with the Proposal team, you’ll support bid strategies, contribute market intelligence, and ensure client needs are fully addressed. You’ll also build strong customer and supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and achieve sales targets. Beyond sales, you’ll stay updated on market trends, provide post-sales support, and deliver insights to management to strengthen strategy and performance.
Who you are
You hold a Degree in Engineering with a proven track record in technical sales, ideally in oil & gas, power & energy, or related industries. You have strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to simplify technical concepts for clients, and experience managing sales projects from first contact through delivery. Thrive in a competitive environment, adapt quickly to market shifts, and excel at building lasting partnerships.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
