Drive new sales for Enterprise core products (mobile, broadband, device bundles) to corporate customers and employees through roadshows, outbound activities, and engagements.
Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring accurate sales transactions and comply with KYC and PDPA while achieving daily, weekly and monthly business targets.
Outbound Sales & Roadshow Support - Execute roving and roadshow activities to generate leads and close sales.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline using SFDC and Retailer Portal from leads collected from outbound activities.
Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads; update status in SFDC and Retailer Portal
Nurture leads, convert to activations, and upsell additional services.
Handle pre- and post-sales inquiries; resolve issues promptly.
Identify and monitor market trends and competitors’ actions to gain competitive advantage.
Build rapport with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional services.
Maintain strong rapport with both internal stakeholders and enterprise customers.
Strictly adhere to established KYC, PDPA and internal sales SOPs.
Job Requirement:-
Minimum education: SPM
Minimum 1 – 2 years proven experience in sales, account management or relevant field. Fresh grads are also welcome.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication, interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
Result driven and passionate individual who eager to help customer by providing solutions based on customer needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
