Temple Tree Resort, Langkawi is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Assistant. You are responsible for managing the front desk area, welcoming guests, answering inquiries, and serves as the face of the Resort and contributes to creating a positive first impression for guests & visitors
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reception Duties:
- Greet visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Direct calls and messages to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Customer Service:
- Provide information and assistance to guests, visitors.
- Address any inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Ensure customer guest by delivering high-quality service at all times.
- Managed all room bookings
Qualifications and Skills:
- Min 1 year experience preferred, good written and spoken English, Bahasa and preferably Mandarin
- Proven experience in a reservation or customer service role preferred.
- Experience using reservation systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
