岗位职责
Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure designs and documents comply with local regulations, by-laws, and authority requirements
Attend project meetings and provide professional advice and technical solutions
Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards
Conduct site visits when required to ensure compliance with approved drawings
Support management in project coordination and resource planning
Requirements
Degree in Architecture
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in architectural consultancy or a developer firm
Strong technical knowledge in design development, construction detailing, and authority submissions
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
