JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Call Centre Officer/Recovery Officer :
· Collect payments from delinquent customers.
· Call customers using all approved methods of communication.
· On overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
· Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
· Follow up frequently for payment commitments.
· Handle Banking & Telco clients
REQUIREMENTS:-
· SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
· With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided.
· Good communication skills (BM & English).
· Self-discipline and Team player.
· Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage
