Hiring Hotel Front Desk

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Front Desk to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room or service reservations.
• Manage phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a front office or customer service role is a bonus but not required; training will be provided.
• Proficiency in using computer systems; knowledge of booking or hotel management software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• A professional appearance and demeanor.
