We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AI Growth Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns, utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, and contributing to the overall growth of the brand through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta Ads & TikTok Ads campaigns to achieve targeted performance outcomes.
• Utilise AI-powered tools to generate copywriting, marketing content, and WhatsApp engagement messages that are aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
• Conduct thorough review and quality assessment of all AI-generated content prior to publication to ensure accuracy, tone appropriateness, and brand consistency.
• Work in close collaboration with the creative and design team by providing detailed campaign briefs and reviewing all visual and video assets before deployment.
• Continuously monitor developments in digital marketing trends, AI tool advancements, and advertising platform updates to keep campaigns competitive and relevant.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in artificial intelligence tools and their practical application in digital marketing.
• Prior experience in Meta Ads management or e-commerce operations is considered a strong advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin speakers are encourage to apply.
