Position Title
Executive Engineer, Reliability
Reporting To
Assistant Manager, AMP & Reliability
Position Summary
Support Assistant Manager, AMP & Reliability:
- To create, modify, administer and control an effective and efficient Maintenance Reliability Program.
- To record reliability information, performance deviations and corrective actions.
- To administer the ETOPS/EDTO program.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute the delay, pirep and component alerting and closure system.
- Maintain appropriate records for the alerting system.
- Optimize maintenance programs.
- Coordinate and participate in Maintenance Review Board meetings.
- Coordinate and participate in Technical Review meetings.
- Administer and coordinate the ETOPS/EDTO Program.
- Provide technical reliability data for the purpose of resolving any technical operational issues.
- Liaise appropriately with the CAAM, Aircraft Manufactures, vendors and other operators.
- To carry out any other task as directed by the superior.
Qualifications and Years of Experience
- Degree in engineering in related field with 3 years’ working experience; or
- Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAEs) with 4 years’ working experience
Personality Traits
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills and an ability to work proactively in a teamwork environment
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point); Knowledge in AMOS/Skywise is helpful.
- Analytical skills: Ability to gather information, analyse and make decisions

Ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyse data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
