• First point of contact for IS issues and resolve it soonest with minimal disruption
• Network infrastructure troubleshooting like internet isssues, VPN, WIFI, IP Conflicts
• User workstation and mobile devices commissioning, troubleshooting, management
• Office hardware like printers, projectors, scanners, servers, and MS windows software troubleshooting and management
• New Joiner embarkment and Leaver Clearance
• Lyreco IS assets tracking and management for audit purpose
• Familiar with Windows Intunes Processes and Active Directory for users profile configuration
• Other Lyreco Software 1st Level Support, if not escalate with Group to resolve issues
• Required occasion travel to Singapore to support both countries physically, if not remotely
• Assist in QSS matters occasionally
• Salary Range between RM3000-RM3500

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in IT
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving skills
