Compulsory requirements

· Must 1-2 years or more in Mechanical building services knowledge experience or currently working with similar consultancy firm.

· To draw building Mechanical services such as ACMV, Fire Protection, Medical Gas piping, LPG/NG gas piping, BAS/BMS schematics, Hydraulic Plumbing, Swimming pool/ water feature pipings.

· To do some basic design task such as but not limited to pipe sizing, duct sizing, heat load calculations, sprinkler layout spacing, cold water demand calculations, sanitary load unit discharge calculations.

· Willing to travel outstation, if required.

· Must be independent to work.

· Team player and maintain constant communications to update fellow co-workers.

· Must be willing to constantly learn and upgrade oneself.

· Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical).

· Must have at least Intermediate Skill Level of using Autocad, 3D modelling, 3D MEP coordination, Naviswork, Magicad.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
