Develop and execute qualification test plans to validate new product designs against intended customer use cases.
Support the design and implementation of Accelerated Life Testing (ALT) and stress testing for high-value components.
Perform statistical analysis of test and reliability data (e.g., DOE, Cpk, regression) and prepare clear, structured reports.
Evaluate component quality and work closely with suppliers to drive quality improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting in collaboration with Engineering teams (e.g., 5-Why, 8D methodologies).
Ensure all defects identified during qualification testing are properly logged, tracked, and followed up to closure.
Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping within the ALT laboratory environment.
Perform routine safety checks, calibration support, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, test effectiveness, and process efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in design quality, reliability engineering, or test engineering within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
Good understanding of qualification test planning, test instrumentation, and problem-solving methodologies.
Basic to working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9000) is preferred.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods (e.g., DOE, Cpk, t-test, reliability analysis).
Proficiency in Minitab and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
