We are looking Procurement Executive : -
Job Description
1. Assist superior in handling daily procurement activities for HQ and outlets
2. Prepare purchase orders (PO) and process procurement documentation accurately
3. Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and services
4. Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely supply to outlets
5. Maintain and organize procurement documents and records in the database/system
6. Ensure all purchases comply with company procurement SOP and approval flow
7. Work closely with the finance department on invoice verification, discrepancies, and payment matters
8. Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
9. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, warehouse, outlets) on procurement needs
10. Assist in vendor performance evaluation and maintain supplier relationships
11. Perform any other duties assigned by management
Job Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
· Minimum 1-2 year of experience in procurement or purchasing experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good coordination, organisation, and follow-up skills
· Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
· Good problem solving and urgency handling capability
· Familiar with Microsoft Excel and procurement-related documentation/systems
· Basic negotiation skills will be an added advantage
· Knowledge of inventory management or ERP systems is a plus
· Experience in F&B / hospitality / retail / entertainment industry is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
