Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth plans.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, particularly for IT/tech roles (e.g., engineers, developers, designers).
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfers, and exits.
- Drive performance appraisal cycles and support learning & development initiatives.
- Administer payroll, claims, and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
- Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, and grievance management.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies in compliance with MOM regulations and employment laws.
- Support engagement initiatives and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in IT or technology industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Familiar with HRIS and digital HR tools.
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
