Job Summary:

As a Junior Developer in the GIPS – SBE Platform Engineering sub-domain, you will assist in Linux and middleware administration, deployment, and troubleshooting. You will work with RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka, supporting system performance, security, and availability while ensuring seamless integration with Oracle and MySQL databases. Key Responsibilities: Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka. Support middleware deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Monitor system performance, availability, and security, ensuring compliance with best practices. Develop and optimize Unix scripts and SQL queries for automation and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot issues related to Linux, middleware, and database connectivity. Work with cross-functional teams to support application and infrastructure integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Linux system administration and middleware support.

Hands-on experience with RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka.

Strong skills in Unix shell scripting, SQL scripting, and troubleshooting system issues.

Basic understanding of database connectivity, security, and performance tuning.

Ability to collaborate with teams in a production environment and resolve issues efficiently.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
