Key Responsibilities

JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stocking & Inventory: Keeping shelves stocked with products, rotating older items, removing expired goods, and organizing inventory for easy restocking.
• Customer Service: Assisting customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing information about sales and promotions.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Performing general cleaning duties like sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Store Appearance: Maintaining visual merchandising, ensuring store conditions are optimal, and helping to set up promotional displays.
• Receiving Shipments: Verifying the quantity and quality of new shipments and organizing them for storage or stocking.

-Greeting customers and offering assistance

-Recommending products or merchandise to help customers

-Answering questions and addressing concerns

-Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies

-Demonstrating how products work

-Stocking merchandise and creating displays

-Taking inventory and monitoring sales floor

-Maintain a clean store and ensure that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner

-Maintain a fully stocked store

-Keep up to date with product information.

-Follow all companies policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
