Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the monthly and annually financial reporting, cash flow management and costing analysis
• Responsible for daily accounts operation including Accounts Payable and the monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare payments to suppliers
• Assist in overseeing the month end close process and managing the daily accounting operations of the office
• Provide effective & accurate accounting information and financial reports on a timely basis
• Ensure internal controls in compliance with the Business Rules and Regulations
• Assist in managing projects and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting or related discipline
• At least 3 years related experiences, logistic industry experience is highly preferred
• High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience in SAP would be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and multi-tasking management
• Self-motivated, detailed-mind, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
