Network infrastructure troubleshooting like internet isssues, VPN, WIFI, IP Conflicts
User workstation and mobile devices commissioning, troubleshooting, management
Office hardware like printers, projectors, scanners, servers, and MS windows software troubleshooting and management
New Joiner embarkment and Leaver Clearance
Lyreco IS assets tracking and management for audit purpose
Familiar with Windows Intunes Processes and Active Directory for users profile configuration
Other Lyreco Software 1st Level Support, if not escalate with Group to resolve issues
Required occasion travel to Singapore to support both countries physically, if not remotely
