About the Role
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to drive client engagement, retention, and trading activity. This role focuses on managing new and existing clients, reactivating dormant accounts, and maximizing long-term client value.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and trading activity
- Analyze client behavior to identify opportunities for increased engagement, deposits, and trading volume
- Proactively re-engage inactive or dormant clients
- Keep clients informed of promotions, campaigns, and market updates
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams on retention strategies
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Achieve KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and client activity
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Retention, Sales, or Account Management
- Experience in Forex or financial services is an advantage
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
- Analytical and results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
