About Unichi Wellness

Unichi Wellness is an Australian wellness brand known for its supplement gummies and health & beauty products.

As part of our Southeast Asia growth plans, we have recently established our Singapore office and are building a lean, hands-on regional team focused on retail growth, distributor management and market expansion across SEA markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator to support and grow our Southeast Asia business.

This is not a pure administrative role. The position is designed for someone who wants to develop a career in sales, account management and regional commercial operations.

In this role, you will work closely with the regional sales team to support distributor coordination, retail execution, account follow-up, promotion tracking, sales reporting and day-to-day commercial activities across SEA markets.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable starting from execution and coordination work, while also showing strong ownership, customer sense and the potential to grow into an independent sales or account management role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Coordination

  • Support day-to-day coordination with distributors, retail partners and internal stakeholders across SEA markets.

  • Follow up with distributors and retail partners on sales activities, promotion execution, product launches and store-level issues.

  • Assist the regional sales team in account follow-up, customer communication and commercial operations.

  • Track agreed action items with customers, distributors and internal teams to ensure timely execution.

  • Support preparation for customer meetings, business reviews and distributor discussions.

Retail Execution & Market Follow-up

  • Follow up on in-store execution, merchandising, POSM implementation, promotional mechanics and product visibility.

  • Support store visits, retail audits and market checks when required.

  • Identify execution gaps at store level and follow up with relevant internal or external parties.

  • Assist in collecting market feedback, competitor updates and retail insights.

Sales Reporting & Commercial Support

  • Prepare and maintain sales trackers, stock reports, promotion trackers and sell-out updates.

  • Support basic sales analysis, including sales performance, promotion effectiveness, stock movement and account updates.

  • Prepare PowerPoint summaries, Excel reports and internal business updates.

  • Coordinate with marketing, finance and operations teams to support commercial execution.

Growth & Development

  • Build understanding of distributor management, retail channel operations and account management.

  • Gradually take ownership of selected accounts, projects or market follow-up tasks.

  • Develop the capability to manage customer communication, sales planning and execution follow-through independently over time.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail coordination, commercial support, merchandising, trade marketing, account support or related functions.

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, pharmacy, beauty, wellness, healthcare, consumer goods or distributor-based businesses is preferred.

  • Strong interest in developing a career in sales, account management or regional commercial roles.

  • Good commercial sense and willingness to understand sales numbers, retail execution and customer needs.

  • Strong follow-through, ownership and coordination skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on and growing regional business environment.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines.

  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus for regional coordination.

  • Willing to support occasional market visits or business travel when required.
