About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM – Data Migration Specialist to support enterprise‑level HR system implementations. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality data migration solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud environments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and successful transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Oracle HCM Cloud data migration for large or complex implementations
• Work across HR data domains including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent
• Utilize Oracle HCM data migration tools such as HDL and HCM Extracts
• Manage data validation, reconciliation, and data quality controls
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams
• Support stakeholders through analysis, communication, and solution delivery

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
• Field of Study: IT, Human Resources, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Industry: IT / Human Resources

Must-Have

• Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Hands‑on experience in data migration projects
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM tools such as HDL and HCM Extracts

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud data migration for large or complex implementations
• Strong understanding of HR data domains such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent
• Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes
• Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in consulting or enterprise transformation environments
