Your Role

As an IT Workplace & Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our users and ensure that the digital workplace operates reliably, securely, and efficiently.

Your main focus is on hands-on user support (1st and 2nd level support) as well as the support and operation of the Microsoft 365 environment.

You work closely with end users, resolve day-to-day IT issues pragmatically, and make a direct contribution to a productive working environment.

Your Responsibilities

User & Workplace Support

·         Receive, analyze, and process IT support requests (1st & 2nd level)

·         Provide on-site and remote support for hardware and software-related issues

·         Set up, support, and manage the lifecycle of workplaces and end-user devices

·         Handle user onboarding and offboarding (accounts, permissions, hardware)

Microsoft 365 Support

•       Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

•       Manage users and permissions (e.g. Entra ID / Azure AD)

•       Support collaboration and workplace-related topics

•       Perform troubleshooting and issue analysis within the M365 environment

Operations & Documentation

•       Maintain and further develop user guidelines and knowledge base articles

•       Support rollouts, office moves, and smaller IT projects

•       Collaborate with internal IT teams and external service providers

•       Properly document incidents, requests and solutions

Your Profile

•       Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification

•       Experience in IT support, service desk, or workplace support

•       Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments

•       Confident handling of Windows workplaces and standard IT tools

•       Strong service and user-oriented mindset

•       Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working

•       Good command of English; additional German skills are considered an advantage
