The Purpose of Your Role

Support the onboarding and activation of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners onto Hello Doktor’s digital platform. You will work closely with commercial, operations, and product teams to ensure partners are accurately set up, optimised, and ready to receive patient leads.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding hospitals and healthcare partners

• Collect, verify, and structure partner information (services, pricing, locations, contacts)

• Coordinate partner go-live readiness and follow-ups

• Use AI tools to draft partner listings, FAQs, and onboarding content

• Support documentation, tracking, and onboarding checklists

• Liaise with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues

• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic digital tools

• Experience using AI tools and prompt-writing to support research, content, or operations

• Interest in healthcare, partnerships, or digital platforms

• Exposure to operations, partnerships, or healthcare administration

• Familiarity with CRM, onboarding workflows, or AI-assisted productivity tools
