We are looking for a reliable and motivated IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, network systems, and IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical problems, and support employees with efficient and timely solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, security, and backups.
Assist with user account management, email setup, and access permissions.
Support system upgrades, patches, and software updates.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, issues, and resolutions.
Coordinate with vendors or external service providers when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively.
Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
