This AI-Driven HVAC Innovation Leader is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to drive expansion across Malaysia, Singapore, and the wider Southeast Asia region. The role focusses on identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities into sustainable revenue streams. It requires a balance of strategic engagement with senior stakeholders and hands-on execution in building pipeline and closing deals.

Your new role

• Target and prioritize key industries and accounts, particularly within manufacturing, data centres, and large-scale commercial sectors
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with overall business objectives
• Articulate technical solutions into clear, compelling business value for clients
• Support the creation of proposals, client presentations, and commercial negotiations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions that meet client requirements
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across both business and technical stakeholders
• Provide market insights to refine positioning and strengthen go-to-market strategies

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in B2B business development or sales roles
• Background within industrial, HVAC, engineering, or other technical solution-driven industries
• Solid understanding of the Southeast Asia market, with experience identifying and developing cross-border opportunities
• Ability to effectively engage both senior-level stakeholders and technical counterparts
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver value-based sales messaging
• Proven track record in managing multiple prospects while sustaining deal momentum
